Whether a guided tour or not.  You will see plenty of flora and fauna birds and other wildlife along the way.

While going down stream, you will likely spot basking iguanas perched on the jungle canopy and also the high rock wall rock formations along the river edges.  Enjoy the sight of sounds that will make it a very memorable day.  Whether you choose the Macal or Mopan river, it will surely take about 3 hours to 6 hours depending on your starting point.
